• Quality.  We believe patients deserve and require quality, one-on-one time with their doctor in order to make effective and lasting health changes, and this is what we emphasize in our practice.  
  • Availability.  We will make every effort to manage your health concerns during normal business hours.  We are, however, available after hours for phone calls, house calls and hospital visits per request and as indicated.  We will even accompany you to appointments with outside providers if you request it.  
  • Transparency.  We aim to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the cost of your healthcare.  As a result, we DO NOT charge an annual retainer or fee.  You pay only for the medical care you receive. There are no hidden fees or charges. We are not affiliated with any managed care organizations, which allows us to offer fair and reasonable prices to all patients, regardless of whether they have insurance or pay out of pocket.  At each visit, you will be provided with a copy of your superbill which you may chose to submit to your health insurance company for consideration of reimbursement (generally such costs apply to out-of-network benefits).  You may also be able to apply funds from your flexible healthcare spending account (HSA) towards your care at the Kelly Clinic.  Whenever possible, as requested, we will strive to recommend outside providers, medications and/or services that are covered by your insurance  
  • Confidentiality.  Because we do not participate with traditional health insurance companies, you are not required to submit health records, diagnostic codes or medical notes as a part of the reimbursement process. This gives you more control over your private health information (PHI).
